Accessible Madrid and Arturo get my highest recommendation! My first trip to Europe in 20 years was a test to see what is possible for my family’s vacations. thanks to Accessible Madrid and Arturo, I plan to return many times! Words cannot express my gratitude!
We had the 4 hour walking/wheelchair tour with Arturo, the owner of the company, as our private guide. Arturo is a great guide – extremely knowledgeable about the sites, politics and history of Spain and Madrid and made it all very interesting. He also had great suggestions for other things to do in Madrid and restaurants to eat at (check out Taberneros). Really worth the cost, and we couldn’t have done it without him.
I received an email with information on 5 tours, I decided to go on all 5
Another good thing about touring with accessible Madrid is that although our guide was very knowledgeable about everywhere we went not all of the talk was about the tours we did spend time getting to know each other as people also being a very fussy eater it was no problem finding places where I could get food I could eat.
I can give my best recommendations to “Accessible Madrid” which made me and my sons trip to Madrid unforgettable. Accessible Madrid provided us with tickets for a Real Madrid football match. Wheelchair seats were perfect. Accessible Madrid was a company that made a difference for me as a wheelchair user when visiting Madrid.
